The Mannix family has been in the commercial real estate business since the early 1960’s when James J. Mannix Sr. began investing in commercial property in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens NY after retiring from Texaco. Currently, James J.Mannix Jr. stewards and operates the business through conservative growth and management.

Geographically, our current focus is on New England despite owning and managing several properties in the outer boroughs of NYC including banks, fast foods, gas stations, strip malls, and clothing stores. However, we do not operate any of these sites, we are simply landlords and property managers.
